As the Production Manager you will help run, build, and lead production teams at our Woonsocket, RI campus. You’ll train volunteers, support AVL systems, and ensure smooth live production each week.
General Responsibilities
- Work with the Creative Team to establish strong production standards that support the launch and growth of our Woonsocket church.
- Design and execute dynamic lighting looks, stage visuals, and AVL elements for worship services and special events.
- Support the setup, integration, and expansion of AVL systems as our Woonsocket campus continues development.
- Recruit, train, and mentor production volunteers and staff, helping build a healthy and skilled team from the ground up.
- Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for all AVL and live production equipment.
- Manage and track inventory of AVL gear and technical assets, coordinating with regional teams across New England, South Carolina, and Florida.
Job Must-Have
- 2+ years of experience in live production, AVL operation, broadcast production, directing, producing, or a similar technical field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all aspects of church production.
- Clear, professional communication skills and a passion for building and supporting volunteer teams.
- A collaborative mindset and the adaptability required to thrive in a fast-paced church environment.
Job Nice-To-Have
- Experience serving in a church plant, church AVL, or nonprofit environment.
- Undergraduate degree in Audio/Visual Production, Technical Theatre, Broadcast Production, or a related field.
